Our client is an established investment holding group with strong presence in Asia. Due to the strong business growth in the Southeast Asia businesses, they are looking for experienced specialists to join their growing team. This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall accounting and finance related matter, including various subsidiaries within the Group (logistics, international trade, e-commerce, insurance broker);
- Setting up of the proper accounting and finance management procedures and internal control policies
- Review and improvise procedures and policies according to the various business stages
- Set up and train the local teams in performing the accounting and finance functions
- Prepare and present financial reports, management reports, budgets to the regional headquarter
- Work closely with team to resolve issues relating to local tax, audit, and local regulatory requirements
- Attend regular meetings and reporting to headquarter
主要职责：
- 负责协助集团总部以及总监规划并执行集团在当地业务的会计和财务相关事务，其中包括集团内的各个子公司（物流，国际贸易，电子商务，保险经纪等）；
- 制定适当的会计和财务管理程序以及内部控制政策
- 根据个别的业务阶段审查和改进即席程序和政策
- 建立并培训当地团队以执行会计和财务职能
- 向区域总部提交财务报告，管理报告，预算
- 与团队紧密合作，解决与地方税收，审计和地方法规要求有关的问题
- 参加例行会议并向总部汇报
Key Requirements
- CPA/CIA/ACCA/ACA or other equivalent professional qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with more than 3 years audit work experience in Big-4 or international audit firms
- Experience in industry such as logistics, international trade, insurance brokers etc. would be an advantage
- Good communication skills in English/Chinese/Thai
- CPA / CIA / ACCA / ACA或其他会计专业资格
- 至少5年的相关工作经验，在四大或国际审计公司中具有3年以上的审计工作经验
- 有物流，国际贸易，保险经纪人等行业经验者优先
- 良好的英语/中文/泰语沟通能力
