Client Services Manager, Fintec Brokerage / Securities Trading (Singapore)

Our client is a regional securities brokerage and asset management firm that adopts innovative and artificial intelligence technology. As the business continues to grow in Asia, they are looking for Client Services Manager to join their team in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead the Client Services team and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
  • Manage day to day running of the team and implement procedures and process to ensure service quality and KPIs
  • Drive and develop innovation and digitalization projects to better enhance our customer service experience
  • Be proficient in the traditional mediums of customer contact, call-ins, emails, online chats and also social media responses
  • Manage client expectations and resolve any potential disputes and complaints
  • Lead the team when it comes to dealing and liquidation matters


Key Requirements

  • At least 2 - 5 years of track record in similar roles, preferably from financial services industry
  • Familiar with financial products like equities / CFD / derivatives and services
  • Candidates from the equities / CFD / retail brokerage will have a strong advantage
  • Driven, flexible and highly motivated to get things done
  • Accreditation in CMFAS 1a, 5, 6 and 6a will be a strong advantage
