Our client, an established real estate developer with solid track record across residential and commercial projects, are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their team. This position is based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Financial Modelling & Business Valuation for Residential projects
- Conduct Feasibility analysis, Capital Market Funding analysis and real estate market research (international & domestic)
- Present data, analysis, valuations and findings to internal stakeholders to support investment decisions
- Assist in Re-structuring for new investments and exits, and strategic initiatives for Corporate
Finance Function
Key Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in leading Corporate Finance role in a large-scale organization with multiple group companies.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Exposure to real estate projects is required.
- CA or MBA Finance is required.
