Office Manager / Executive Assistant, Asset Management (Singapore)

Our client is an asset management firm with regional presence. Due to business growth, they are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to provide administrative support to the senior management team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration, provide executive secretary supports to the senior management
  • Administrative responsibilities including maintaining filing system, receiving  
    visitors, procuring and maintenance of office equipment and supplies etc.

 

Key Requirements

  • At least 5 years of office administration / PA experience
  • Meticulous, responsible and good organizational skills
  • Proactive and disciplined, able to work independently and in team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
