- Manage office administration, provide executive secretary supports to the senior management

Administrative responsibilities including maintaining filing system, receivingvisitors, procuring and maintenance of office equipment and supplies etc.
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of office administration / PA experience
- Meticulous, responsible and good organizational skills
- Proactive and disciplined, able to work independently and in team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
