Our client, a co-working and managed office space operator, is looking for Sales Manager to join their growing team in Bangalore, India. The position will be responsible for expansion planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong broker network and identify strategically important CRE properties for expansion.
- Develop a strong pipeline of feasible acquisition projects to ensure expansion plans are aligned.
- Work closely with regulatory bodies and building authorities to make sure deals move smoothly.
- Conduct regular market research to cover all commercial zones in the geography.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven sales experience or in a similar sales leadership role within the commercial real estate sector.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
