Our client, a co-working and managed office space operator, is expanding their team in Bangalore, India. They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for the Managed Offices operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the acquisition of new clients for the Bangalore region for Managed Office services.
- Will be responsible for the entire sales cycle i.e. Lead generation to deal closure/onboarding.
- Act as a Key Account Manager to the Client.
- Develop a strong network of client side Real Estate Managers to ensure Hunting & Farming.
- Liaise with Internal and External stakeholders for a smooth business process.
- Develop a strong Sales Pipeline.
Key Requirements
- Degree holder with proven sales experience preferably within the co-working industry or commercial real estate sector.
- Good leadership skills and ability to motivate a sales team.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
