Our client is a well recognised financial institution providing corporate, trust and fund services across the globe. As their India business continues to grow, they are looking for Senior Business Analyst to join their growing Mumbai team.
Key Responsibilities:
- The position will be supporting the Real Estate Fund Services team
- To support the business in developing Yardi Voyager to increase efficiency, improve 1quality and enhance user experience
- Manage the delivery of key programmes and projects through quality assurance testing, ensuring users complete UAT and sign off changes before deployment
- Act as an account manager under Yardi Helpdesk Services, keep track of helpdesk tickets, carry out testing of data and bug fixes, etc.
- Day-to-day management of operational and technical aspects relating to Yardi Voyager
- Analyse and clarify internal and external business operating requirements
- Maintain record of all training and development activities/programs.
Key Requirements
- At least 5 - 7 years Yardi Voyager experience including Investment Management
- Possess Financial / Accounting experience gained in a Real Estate environment
- Proven track-record of successful delivery of critical projects, with application migration experience
- Excellent organisation skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines
