Our client is an established real estate developer in the luxury real estate segment. Due to strong market demand, they are looking for a Senior Manager Business Development to join their team. This position is based in Bangalore.
- Based on company’s positioning, identify and evaluate key opportunities in land development.
- Participate in the processes including land survey, financial model testings and market intelligence to ensure a thorough feasibility studies of each potential deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with land partners and carry through the negotiation processes.
- Work with Legal team to review and ensure all deal documentation accurately captures all terms and includes necessary fortifications.
- Perform market research to update on market trends, understand consumer’s preferences, monitor changes in market landscape and identify new investments trends and opportunities.
- Degree holder from a well-recognized University
- At least 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience with Real Estate Developer, IPCs or Real Estate Consultancy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work with various stakeholders in the 360-degree process of deal evaluation and deal makings
- Passionate on focusing and growing with the Real Estate market
