Our client, a Private Equity Venture Capital Fund, is looking for a seasoned Associate Director to support their Investor Relations and Fund Raising activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors e.g. sovereign funds, endowment funds etc
- Liaise with institutional investors on fund performance and answer their enquires
- Support fundraising process e.g. prepare presentations, investor updates, roadshows etc
- Organize investor events and meetings
- Collaborate with other teams to conduct due diligence on investors and onboarding
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of Investor Relations / Fundraising experience in Venture Capital / Private Equity industry
- Good track record in managing relationship with institutional investors
- Strong market knowledge in asset management industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills, motivated and detailed-oriented
