Our client is one of the leading fund services providers with an established global presence. Due to strong business growth in Asia, they are looking for an experienced Client Services VP to lead a growing team. This position is based in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external parties
- Coordinate clients and internal communication with all relevant business functions, operational and support teams to ensure quality service delivery
- Drive the coordination of new client integrations and existing client launches
- Monitor and manage client SLAs and operational deliverables
- Organize and participate in operational due diligence reviews and client visits
- Carry out periodic risk assessments and peer reviews of clients
- Work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and system development
Key Requirements
- Degree holder with 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a fund administrator and/or investment companies
- Possess formal people management/ leadership experience
- Highly analytical with strong understanding of business processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong passion in the financial markets and hedge funds industry
