Our client, an established fund services provider, is looking for an experienced Director, Debt Funds, to join their fast-growing business. This position is based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall functions and service delivery to ensure SLAs are achieved and enhance the overall service offerings
- Manage client relationships, act as client’s escalation point for any issues
- To work closely with various teams and stakeholders to facilitate new service development and support new service rollouts
- Drive strategic communication with clients and negotiate service level agreements (SLA)
- Review new business and support business development in the region
- Collaboration with internal operations groups, across multiple departments, to deliver results
Key Requirements
- At least 10 years of working experience in fund administration or relevant financial services in Private Credit
- Solid understanding of Syndicated and/or Private loans
- Excellent business acumen and ability to fosters positive relationships with stakeholders
