Our client is an Investment Firm with presence in Singapore, Hong Kong and U.S. They are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the CEO and assist in office administration in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other team members in different offices to provide personal assistance support to CEO
- Assist in managing meetings and travel arrangements for CEO
- Work with Office Manager to assist in daily office administration
- Coordinate with team members to ensure travel logistics, business lunch / dinners are arranged properly
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of Personal Assistant experience
- Diploma, bachelor’s degree or other disciplines
- Detailed-oriented, good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and multitasking
