Our client is a well-known fund services provider with regional track record. Due to business growth, they are looking for an experienced Associate Director, Fund Accounting, to join their team. This position is based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team to provide a full range of fund accounting and administration services to real estate clients
- Review and coordinate Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation and reportings
- Review and coordinate investor servicing activities. Including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reportings
- Review of financial statements and footnotes for audit purpose
- Liase with banks, auditors, brokers and custodians to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Lead new funds on-boarding process
- Primary contact to client on queries, operational, issue discussion and any other request
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles and developing solutions for relevant industry issues
Key Requirements
- At least 7 years of Accounting experience in Real Estate Funds or Real Estate industry
- Strong knowledge in IFRS, US GAAP and Singapore GAAP
- Yardi knowledge is a strong advantage
