Our client is a regional securities brokerage firm that they provide fully integrated services to clients to access forex and derivatives products such as Futures, Options, FX, commodities etc. As the business continues to grow they are looking for a Risk Executive and the role is based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a team to manage risk for the business operations including market risks and credit risks
- Monitor market risks across various exchanges and products such as futures, options, FX, OTC derivatives etc
- Perform risk assessment on new client accounts and financial products
- Identify and monitor for high risk accounts and volatile market movement
- Review margin accounts portfolios, perform regular review to ensure the risk level adhere to policies and guidelines
- Follow up on margin call matters and liaise with sales team on irregular accounts, process fund withdrawals and deposits
- Involve in projects related to risk management when necessary
Key Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in risk management in brokerage, securities trading industry
- Good understanding of financial products such as derivatives, forex etc
- Good experience in monitoring credit risk, margin trading accounts and market risk
- Able to work well in a team, good communication and analytical skills
- Able to work London hours
