Assistant Manager / Manager, Trust Administration (Singapore)

Our client is an established corporate, trust and fund services provider. Due to business growth, they are looking for Assistant Manager / Manager, Trust Administration to join their team. This position is based in Singapore.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administration of a varied portfolio of complex trust structures
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients, including to oversee KYC, AML and relevant procedures
  • To maintain good working relationships with clients and provide practical answers to client queries
  • To maintain knowledge and understanding of trust administration generally, and knowledge of issues affecting the offshore industry
  • To support in identifying new business opportunities

 

Key Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in the trust industry at management level
  • Extensive knowledge of current company and trust legislation, and the local regulatory environment
  • Excellent organisational and client management skills
  • Relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ICSA or STEP preferred)
