Our client is a venture capital fund that invests in clean and renewable energy sector, they value environment sustainability and brings positive impact to economies. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an Investment Monitoring Manager and the role is based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep an overall monitoring on investment portfolios
- Understand investment sector and thesis, portfolio companies and their background
- Monitor information flow from portfolio companies and maintain data quality
- Assist in valuation and data analysis on the portfolio companies
- Keep track on the investment activities and update senior management on issues
- Support portfolio reporting and investor reports
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or other accounting qualification
- At least 7 years of experience in the Venture Capital or Private Equity fund industry with exposure to deals/ transactions and investment monitoring
- Good data and analytical skills to spot trends and anomalies
- Detailed-oriented, motivated, good commercial sense
- Those with interests in renewable energy industry or environment sustainability is an advantage
