Our client, an established design and build services provider, is looking for an experienced Lead Designer for their growing team in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for corporate interior spaces.
- Create comprehensive design proposals, including space planning and material selections.
- Develop efficient space plans and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Prepare presentations to convey design concepts.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop strong client relationships through effective communication.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design or a related field
- At least 7- 12 years of experience in Corporate & Workspace interior design projects
- Excellent communications and client relationship management skills
