Key Responsibilities:
- Offer legal counsel and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate, commercial, and business agreements.
- Manage and oversee the Corporate Secretarial department, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all corporate governance matters.
Key Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Good experience in corporate and trust services
- Client-oriented and able to carry self professionally
