Our client, an established design and build services provider, is looking for experienced Cost Control Manager to join their team. This position is based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure accurate cost estimation, quantity surveying, and effective procurement practices for various design and build projects
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements, and prepare Bills of Quantitys (BoQ)
- Collaborate with various teams to monitor variations and changes to scope of work
- Oversee the procurement processes and negotiate with vendors for favourable terms and conditions
- Analyze cost trends, cost data and provide recommendations for cost control
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying methodologies, cost estimation, and budget management
- Proficiency in procurement strategies and contract negotiation
