Our client is a multi-family office / independent asset manager with a strong track record in the region. They provide bespoke investment and asset management solutions to their clients. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Chief Investment Officer and the position is based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise investment strategies and manage portfolios across different asset classes particularly fixed income and equities
- Construct investment portfolio according to clients’ financial needs and risk parameters
- Oversee investment portfolio to optimize performance and achieve long-term objectives for clients
- Work closely with the senior management to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Keep abreast of market trends and economic outlook to update and advise clients on investment strategies
- Monitor portfolio performance and perform client portfolio review
- Collaborate with the senior management to participate in industry and marketing events when necessary
Key Requirements
- At least 10 years of portfolio management experience with a strong track record, preferably in buyside / asset management industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field. Advanced qualification such as master’s degree, CFA is valued
- Strong product and market knowledge in global fixed income and equities
- Fundamental analysis and long-term investment mindset
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Motivated, responsible and credible
