Our client is an established private equity firm with a strong track record in the region. As the business continues to growth, they are looking to hire an Associate / Senior Associate, Private Equity Fund Accountant and the role is based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute private equity fund accounting, investment transaction record and support
- Prepare/Review monthly quarterly financial work papers for portfolio companies/ SPVs
- Prepare financial statements, investor reports and other fund-related reports
- Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met, this includes planning and coordination with tax advisers, auditors, legal counsels and banking personnel
- Prepare and review calculations and investor allocations for capital calls and distributions
- Monitoring cash flows and cash balances
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Key Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or related accounting qualification
- At least 3 years of Private Equity Fund Accounting experience
- Good accounting technical skills, fast learner
- Motivated, detailed-oriented, positive attitude
