Our client is an established professional trust services provider. Due to business growth, they are looking for a Senior Trust Officer to manage the day-to-day administration of a varied portfolio of trust structures. This position is based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of a varied portfolio of trust structures and to maintain a wide and detailed knowledge and understanding of trust administration, including money laundering, compliance, and relevant legislation.
- Carry out fiduciary duties of a trustee, including attending to trustee resolutions, distributions, accounts, compliance reviews etc.
- Maintain accuracy, integrity and completeness of the client files and common folders.
- Onboard new Trust structures, and perform due diligence checks.
- Liaise with external parties such as bankers, lawyers, accountants, consultants, etc.
- Any other such duties that would be reasonably required for this role.
Key Requirements
- Preferably a member of STEP or ISCA or working towards this qualification
- Possess relevant experience and good technical knowledge to manage complex trust products and their relevant legislation and regulation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Excellent relationship management skills with clients and stakeholders
