Our client is a private equity firm with a good track record in the region. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for Senior Executive, Finance and Operations and the role is based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with external service providers such as fund administrators to review fund accounting work
- Prepare and review fund accounts, capital account statements & audited financial statement
- Assist in KYC/FATCA and investors onboarding
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents on audit and tax issues
- Assist in setting up and launching new funds and review documents
- Other finance duties such as cash flow, budgeting, payments etc.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other accounting qualifications.
- At least 2 years of fund accounting experience preferably with exposure to Private Equity Funds.
- Detailed-oriented and strong analytical skills, motivated and responsible.
- Adaptable to work in a small office environment.
