Our client is a professional services provider with a growing team in Singapore. Due to business growth, they are looking for an experienced CDD Specialist, Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic KYC reviews and prepare client onboarding documents for Compliance and/or Senior Management approval
- Work independently with the relevant business stakeholders to resolve any CDD or AML operational matters
- Follow up on key risk metrics for risk management and governance purposes (for e.g. pending/expiring CDD items, upcoming PKRs, screening alerts and STR escalation)
- Maintain timely and proper CDD and client records
- Other ad-hoc duties
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law or related disciplines
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in KYC, CDD, Compliance etc.
- Other professional qualification such as CAMS is an advantage
- Effective communication skills and able to work independently
