Our client is a professional service provider with a growing team in Singapore. They are looking for an experienced HR Assistant Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees in Singapore, Malaysia and other offices
- Stay abreast of local labour laws and ensure regulatory compliance in HR practices
- Handle employee relations matters and staff engagement initiatives
- Implement and monitor talent management strategies to identify, develop and retain high-potential employees
- Ensure that employee’s records are timely and accurate, and prepare relevant reports for management / regulatory requirements
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Key Requirements
- At least 7 years of HR and payroll management experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and organized, timely and accurate record keeping
- Proficiency in payroll management software such as Payday is preferred
- High integrity and high sense of confidentiality
