Human Resources, Assistant Manager (Singapore)

Our client is a professional service provider with a growing team in Singapore. They are looking for an experienced HR Assistant Manager to join their team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees in Singapore, Malaysia and other offices
  • Stay abreast of local labour laws and ensure regulatory compliance in HR practices
  • Handle employee relations matters and staff engagement initiatives
  • Implement and monitor talent management strategies to identify, develop and retain high-potential employees
  • Ensure that employee’s records are timely and accurate, and prepare relevant reports for management / regulatory requirements
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Key Requirements

  • At least 7 years of HR and payroll management experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous and organized, timely and accurate record keeping
  • Proficiency in payroll management software such as Payday is preferred
  • High integrity and high sense of confidentiality
