Our client is an established Real Estate Developer with proven execution track record in the premium real estate space. Due to business growth, they are looking for an experienced Projects Control & Planning Manager to join their team. This position is based in Bangalore, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to create the master project schedule, ensuring comprehensive planning & coordination, ensuring timely project delivery
- Prepare and present MIS reports to provide insights into the project, facilitating decision-making process
- Monitor and track project schedules, updating trackers and providing timely notification to various department & stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for optimization and recommending appropriate improvisation solutions
- Ensuring timely and accurate closure of deliverables from all teams
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in interior design and project execution
- Good ability to coordinate between departments, and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, and regulations is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields
