Internal Audit Manager, Insurance Company (Singapore)

Our client is an established insurance company in Singapore. Due to business growth, they are looking for an experience Internal Audit Manager to join their team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the audit planning process and internal audit engagements
  • Develop and implement the audit framework
  • Ensuring that Internal Audit adheres to applicable auditing standards and is compliant with the relevant laws and regulations
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth conduct of audit engagements
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of audit reports
  • Conduct independent audits wherever required
  • Meet performance KPIs in terms of timeliness, quality, etc.
  • Support the Audit Committee processes

Key Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience of auditing general insurance / reinsurance companies, Including 5 years of experience of internal audit in a general insurance / reinsurance company
  • Prior experience working directly with the Audit Committee at Board level is an advantage
  • Good understanding of insurance regulatory environment in Singapore
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, and ability to work with various stakeholders
