Our client, an established Professional Service Provider with regional presence, is looking for Banking Support Officer to manage and coordinate banking activities for client companies and trusts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the opening, updating, and maintaining bank accounts while ensuring efficient collaboration between clients, internal teams and banking partners.
- Facilitate the opening of new bank accounts for client companies and trusts, ensuring timely processing.
- Maintain and update existing bank accounts, including changes to signatory arrangements and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements.
- Coordinate and resolve bank-related queries and requests, acting as a key liaison between bankers, client services, and accounting teams.
- Support on Financial Administration & Coordination including prepare weekly payment requests and other records keeping
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures related to banking operations.
- Assist in ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.
Key Requirements
- Around 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within service provider environment
- Good attention to detail, able to manage multi-task and meet deadlines
- A team-player with effective communication skills to liaise professionally with various stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
