Our client, a professional corporate, funds and trust services provider, is looking for an experienced fund accounting professional to lead a Private Equity Fund Administration team. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record in private equity fund operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the fund accounting team focused on private equity and real estate structures.

Oversee fund launches from inception to full implementation.

Review capital account statements, capital calls, distribution notices, and quarterly reports. Review complex waterfall and equalization calculations.

Review and prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal & external stakeholders for operational efficiencies, and continuously drive process enhancements initiatives.

Establish and maintain strong client relationships, including representing the firm in networking events, marketing pitches and client meetings.
- Demonstrate leadership skills in mentoring and guiding team members.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualification (CA / CPA) is preferred.
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience in Private Equity and Real Estate fund accounting.
- Strong technical knowledge of fund structures, accounting principles, and waterfall / equalization models.
- Ambitious and motivated with a passion for leadership and professional growth.
