We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join a dynamic and growing investment firm. This role is critical in supporting fund operations, investor reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, and new fund launches. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in fund accounting and finance operations within the asset management or fund administration space, ideally within the private equity or venture capital industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee fund operations including quarterly financial statements, investor reporting, and capital account statements in coordination with internal teams and fund administrators.

Manage capital calls, distributions, cash balances, and fee calculations to ensure accurate execution and recordkeeping.

Support quarterly LP reporting, investor queries, and portfolio company data validation with the investment team.

Coordinate tax and regulatory filings across jurisdictions (e.g. FATCA, CRS, IRAS, MAS tax incentives, U.S. K-1s).

Assist in fund launches by onboarding service providers, setting up structures, and preparing operational workflows.

Maintain internal controls, ensure adherence to financial policies, and support annual fund audits.

Collaborate with external auditors, legal advisors, and tax consultants to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Contribute to internal projects, workflow improvements, and strategic financial initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 7–10 years of relevant experience in fund accounting, finance operations, or fund administration.
- Familiarity with MASNET, IRAS portals, and fund accounting systems.
- Independent, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
