Our client, a globally reputable professional services provider, is seeking a Senior Corporate Secretary to join their Singapore office. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a high-performing team of corporate secretaries, accountants, and support staff responsible for managing a portfolio of both Singapore-incorporated and offshore client companies. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and client-focused with a passion for corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform a full range of corporate secretarial services for Singapore and offshore companies, including company incorporation, statutory filings, and record maintenance.

Convene and facilitate board and shareholder meetings, and prepare related documentation and resolutions.

Assist with banking matters including account openings, KYC renewals, and updates to bank signatories.

Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with relevant corporate and regulatory requirements.

Assist in KYC documentation collection and liaise with internal compliance when necessary.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the team as needed.

Contribute to client relationship management and support international client engagement when applicable.

Handle ad hoc assignments and support junior team members when required.
Key Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial roles, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Sound knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA compliance requirements.
- A proactive mindset with strong client service orientation and ownership of responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
