Our client is a leading service provider for the alternative assets and currently they are looking for a Business Development Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients regarding all onboarding matters.
- Collaborate with internal departments for necessary onboarding requirements.
- Prepare proposals, engagement letters, and administrative agreements
- Keep all sales and contact information updated
- Manage and track all sales activities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings related to sales and administrative issues.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and visa applications.
- Manage schedules of Director
- Oversee calendar management
- Prepare presentations for quarterly board meetings.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Department to prepare annual sales reconciliations.
- Work with the Marketing Department to assist the Director in preparing interviews and necessary marketing materials.
- Support the Marketing Department with fund-related content
- Manage the LinkedIn account for marketing purposes, curating content and overseeing social media engagement.
Key Requirements
- At least 2 - 4 years of experience in business development support or related roles.
- Meticulous, good coordination and multi-tasking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or other disciplines.
