Company Secretarial Officer, Corporate Services (Dubai)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Company Secretarial Officer to join our corporate services team in Dubai. This role supports clients across the UAE with company governance, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance across both mainland and free-zone jurisdictions.

You will work closely with client service, project, and business development teams — ensuring accurate records, timely submissions, and strong client engagement. This position is ideal for someone familiar with UAE corporate secretarial requirements who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate secretarial matters for UAE client entities, ensuring accurate statutory filings and record maintenance
  • Support clients with licensing, renewals, amendments, and ongoing governance requirements
  • Monitor regulatory developments and liaise with relevant authorities (MOE, DED, DMCC, DIFC, ADGM, etc.)
  • Assist internal teams on client onboarding, documentation, and project execution
  • Act as a primary point-of-contact for clients, providing updates and professional guidance
  • Maintain strong compliance, document control, and internal process discipline

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate secretarial or governance roles in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of company registration, licensing, filings and corporate governance obligations
  • Experience with free-zone and mainland structures (DMCC, ADGM, DIFC preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and client expectations
