A leading real estate development platform is seeking a Project Coordination professional to support the execution of large-scale luxury construction developments. This role will focus on schedule governance, stakeholder coordination, procurement tracking, and project reporting to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Schedule
- Monitor and track construction progress using project management tools
- Analyse critical path, baseline schedules, and project progress indicators
- Maintain and communicate master implementation schedules
- Identify potential delays and support mitigation planning
Procurement Management
- Support procurement timelines and contract execution tracking
- Monitor contractor deliverables and contractual obligations
- Forecast material requirements and track project consumption trends
- Support cost control through quantity reconciliation and usage tracking
- Maintain contractor documentation and records
Project Coordination
- Coordinate and support stakeholder and contractor meetings
- Prepare management reporting and contractor MIS updates
- Track and follow up on key actions, decisions, and technical submissions
- Ensure drawings and design approvals are submitted and tracked on time
Key Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in construction project coordination or project controls
- Strong project scheduling and reporting skills
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving capability
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
