A growing financial technology organisation is seeking an IT Executive / IT Manager to support and enhance its internal technology infrastructure and business systems.
This role combines system administration, end-user support, infrastructure maintenance, and technology improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the company’s IT environment while supporting ongoing system upgrades and digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organisation’s IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user environments
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
- Administer Windows environments, Microsoft 365, antivirus solutions, and related technologies
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and infrastructure improvement initiatives
- Monitor system performance, security, and operational reliability
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend technology solutions
- Maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers where required
- Support cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery processes
Key Requirements
- Experience in System Administration, IT Infrastructure, or Technical Support environments
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint security solutions
- Experience supporting system maintenance, upgrades, and migration projects
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, user support, and operational best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
