The role focuses on preparing executive-level materials, relationship intelligence, portfolio summaries, and strategic reporting for senior stakeholders, helping drive informed decision-making and relationship management across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare executive briefing materials, relationship profiles, and stakeholder intelligence reports
- Develop presentations, portfolio summaries, and strategic business updates for senior leadership
- Support investor-related initiatives through research, reporting, and relationship analysis
- Create and quality-review high-impact deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation standards
- Analyse investment, fundraising, and business information to produce concise, actionable insights
- Prepare relationship mapping, coverage analyses, and executive reporting materials
- Support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives across investment and business teams
- Assist with process documentation, reporting enhancements, and operational improvements
- Partner closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality executive communications and reporting

Key Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- 1–4 years of experience within Private Equity, Investor Relations, Fundraising Support, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Alternative Investments
- Exposure to investor reporting, performance reporting, fundraising materials, LP reporting, or management reporting preferred
- Strong understanding of financial statements, investment concepts, and private markets environments
- Excellent written communication and presentation development skills
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
