Client Onboarding Coordinator, Investment Operations (Bangalore, India)

A leading global investment platform is seeking a Client Onboarding Coordinator to support the launch and implementation of institutional investment mandates and fund structures.

This role combines project coordination, stakeholder management, onboarding execution, and operational support across investment, legal, compliance, operations, finance, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and implementation activities for institutional investment mandates
  • Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and status reports
  • Prepare onboarding documentation, presentations, and stakeholder communications
  • Coordinate meetings, action items, and project deliverables
  • Track risks, dependencies, and implementation milestones
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of onboarding activities
  • Support continuous improvement of onboarding and operational processes

Key Requirements

  • At least 4–6 years of experience in client onboarding, project coordination, PMO, business analysis, or investment operations
  • Experience within asset management, wealth management, investment platforms, or financial services environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, preferably with experience working with international stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong project coordination capabilities
  • Experience supporting investment products, funds, SMAs, or institutional mandates advantageous
