Senior Corporate Administrator (Jersey, Channel Islands)

An international corporate services provider is seeking a Senior Corporate Administrator to join its Jersey office.

This role offers the opportunity to administer a diverse portfolio of international corporate structures while working closely with clients, professional advisers, and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in delivering corporate administration services, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting junior team members, and ensuring exceptional client service within a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer a portfolio of international corporate structures and client entities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and professional advisers.
  • Prepare corporate resolutions, statutory filings, and governance documentation.
  • Maintain statutory records and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • Complete KYC, AML, and client due diligence requirements.
  • Coordinate client payments, foreign exchange transactions, and billing activities.
  • Monitor client portfolios and escalate technical or compliance matters where appropriate.
  • Support and mentor junior team members on day-to-day administration.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant experience within Corporate Services, Trust, Fiduciary, or Company Administration.
  • Good understanding of corporate administration, governance, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience administering international corporate structures would be advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of AML, KYC, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Professional qualification such as STEP, ACA, LLB, CGI, or equivalent would be preferred.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
