Fund Administration Manager, Fund Services (Jersey)

An international fund services provider is seeking an experienced Fund Administration Manager to join its Jersey operation.

This is a senior client and team leadership role combining fund administration, client relationship management, governance and service delivery. You will lead a Fund Services team, take ownership of key client relationships and oversee complex fund and SPV structures while working closely with colleagues across an international platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and manage a Fund Services team, including cross-location responsibilities.
  • Own key client relationships and ensure consistently high standards of service delivery.
  • Coordinate new client integrations, fund launches and ongoing administration.
  • Oversee fund and SPV administration across alternative investment structures.
  • Manage client SLAs, operational deliverables and service performance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on relevant Jersey corporate, legal and regulatory matters.
  • Act as director, manager or officer of client entities and participate in board meetings where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with operational and support teams across jurisdictions to resolve client requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and introduce additional services.
  • Manage resources, team KPIs, performance objectives and professional development.
  • Drive process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
  • Oversee governance, internal controls, risk events, escalation and incident resolution.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant professional qualification in Company Secretarial, Law, Accounting, Investments or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience within Fund Services, Fund Administration or Alternative Asset Management.
  • Practical experience administering fund and/or SPV structures.
  • Good understanding of relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong client relationship management and service delivery experience.
  • Comfortable working across international and cross-functional teams.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities within a client-driven environment.
  • Willingness to undertake business travel where required.
