Our client is an international fund administration that provides fund accounting, middle office operations services etc to clients in the alternative asset management industry including private equity funds, hedge funds etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Director, Investor Services/ Transfer Agent and the position is based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee investor services/transfer agent delivery to clients
- Oversee the efficient delivery of investor onboarding, fund subscription and redemption, payment, investor reporting for clients
- Work with other team to oversee and implement investor onboarding and KYC/AML processes
- Collaborate with other teams such as fund accounting, middle office teams etc to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery
- Act as escalation point for investor and client matters
- Manage and provide guidance to team members
Key Requirements
- At least 6 years of investor services/transfer agent experience in fund services
- Experience in alternative funds such as private equity funds, hedge funds are preferred
- Strong knowledge in investor onboarding, subscription and redemption process etc
- Strong communication and client servicing skills
- Team and stakeholder management skills
- Motivated, problem-solving, meticulous
