Advisory Senior – Real Estate Valuation (Mumbai, India)

Our client is seeking an Advisory Senior – Real Estate Valuation to join its growing Mumbai team. The role will support US real estate valuation and advisory engagements, working with international teams and clients across financial reporting, tax reporting, financing, litigation and strategic decision-making assignments.

This opportunity is particularly suited to a Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally gained within a Big Four or established valuation/advisory environment, with hands-on exposure to the US real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial and operational information, including rent rolls, leases and property-level data.
• Research and apply relevant US real estate market and comparable transaction data.
• Perform valuations using income capitalization, sales comparison and cost approaches.
• Build and review valuation models, calculations and supporting exhibits.
• Prepare clear, well-supported valuation reports and engagement documentation.
• Participate in management interviews and client discussions to obtain relevant information.
• Review analyses and identify key valuation issues for discussion with managers and partners.
• Manage assigned engagements, priorities and deliverables in coordination with global teams.
• Support client communication and proactively escalate engagement risks or issues.
• Guide junior team members through delegation, coaching and review of work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders on advisory assignments.
• Maintain appropriate supporting documentation and professional standards throughout engagements.
