An established investment platform is seeking a commercially driven marketing professional to lead investor acquisition and brand-building initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
This role combines strategic marketing, lead generation, investor engagement, and business development support, with a strong focus on attracting High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) investors across key APAC markets.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building and executing regional marketing campaigns, developing investor communities, and driving measurable growth through both digital and relationship-led channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive investor acquisition and business growth across APAC
- Build and expand HNW and UHNW investor audiences through targeted marketing initiatives
- Design and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, events, partnerships, and referral channels
- Drive lead generation activities and monitor campaign performance through data-driven analysis and reporting
- Organise and oversee premium investor events, seminars, roadshows, and networking initiatives
- Collaborate closely with business development, investment, and leadership teams to support fundraising and investor engagement objectives
- Manage marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign workflows
- Develop strategic partnerships with intermediaries, brokers, industry associations, and external stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment across key APAC markets
Key Requirements
- At least 7+ years of marketing experience within financial services, investment management, wealth management, real estate investment, or alternative investments
- Strong understanding of property investment, investment products, and investor acquisition strategies
- Proven track record in lead generation and building investor pipelines across APAC markets, with experience engaging HNW and UHNW investor segments
- Hand-on strategy setting and execution, from HubSpot automation and campaign management to premium investor events and broker engagement programmes
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes
- Established networks across Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia, or broader APAC markets advantageous
- Fluent English required; additional Asian language skills are a plus
- Open to international candidates willing to relocate to Bangkok
