Assistant Manager, Corporate Services (Singapore)

An established corporate and fiduciary services provider is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Corporate Services to join its Singapore team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Singapore and offshore entities, including VCC structures, as primary client contact.
  • Advise clients on corporate secretarial, statutory and governance requirements.
  • Handle complex corporate actions, structuring matters and client requests from initiation through completion.
  • Oversee incorporations, onboarding, AGMs, annual returns and changes to corporate structures or officers.
  • Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA requirements and relevant statutory timelines.
  • Coordinate KYC documentation and onboarding requirements with clients and compliance teams.
  • Oversee team workflow, allocate assignments and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching and support to junior corporate services professionals.
  • Collaborate with lawyers, trustees, auditors, professional intermediaries and colleagues across jurisdictions.
  • Review and implement process, system and documentation improvements across the function.
  • Act or qualify to act as Named Company Secretary / Qualified Individual (QI) where required.
  • Support business development, cross-selling and broader strategic initiatives, including occasional overseas engagements.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in Corporate Services / Corporate Secretarial within the Singapore market.
  • In-depth practical knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements.
  • Experience independently managing a portfolio of sophisticated corporate or institutional clients.
  • Proven experience supervising, mentoring and allocating work across a team.
  • Professional qualification enabling registration as a Qualified Individual / Named Company Secretary with ACRA.
  • Strong client advisory and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in business development and cross-selling opportunities.
