We’re partnering with a well-established corporate services provider to hire an experienced Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to join their growing team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of client companies and support in delivering high-quality corporate secretarial and compliance services across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for Singapore entities, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and file statutory documents including resolutions, minutes, annual returns, and registers.
- Oversee deadlines related to filings, AGMs, and other corporate compliance matters.
- Manage client onboarding, conduct due diligence, and maintain ongoing KYC/AML compliance.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
- Maintain accurate corporate records and manage client invoicing activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and professional communication.
- Support internal process improvements and contribute to the training of junior or overseas team members.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Key Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 3–6 years of relevant corporate secretarial or client servicing experience within a professional services environment
- Good understanding of Singapore’s corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
- Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
