We’re partnering with a leading global fund and corporate services provider to hire an experienced Associate Director to join their Fund Services team in Jersey. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee client relationships, manage a dedicated team, and drive operational excellence across private equity and fund administration portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team overseeing the administration of fund structures, ensuring timely and high-quality client deliverables.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, leading service reviews, board meeting preparations, and stakeholder communications.
- Oversee client onboarding, fee collection, and relationship management, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing regular training, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Manage workload allocation, workflow optimization, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Support business development initiatives, including onboarding new clients and contributing to growth strategies.
- Ensure all client reporting, correspondence, and documentation meet the company’s quality and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence across the team.
Key Requirements
- Solid experience in fund administration, preferably within private equity or alternative investments
- Strong technical knowledge of fund structures, governance, and reporting frameworks
- Proven experience managing teams and client portfolios within a regulated financial services environment
- Relevant professional qualification such as ICSA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent preferred
