A private investment platform is seeking an Associate to support growth-stage Private Equity Investments across the Pan-Asia region, with a strong focus on Greater China opportunities.
This role offers exposure to deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling, and portfolio management across sectors including industrials, new energy, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate growth-stage investment opportunities across Asia
- Conduct commercial, financial, and strategic due diligence on target companies
- Build financial models and perform valuation analysis
- Prepare investment committee materials, investment memos, and presentations
- Support transaction structuring, execution, and legal documentation processes
- Monitor portfolio company performance and provide strategic insights
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and sector developments
- Collaborate closely with investment teams on deal execution and portfolio management
Key Requirements
- Strong academic background from a reputable university; postgraduate qualification preferred
- At least 3 – 8 years of experience in private equity or investment banking
- Exposure to growth-stage investments and Greater China transactions preferred
- Strong understanding of sectors such as industrials, healthcare, new energy, advanced manufacturing, or emerging technologies
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
