Our client is an international professional service firm that they provide fund accounting and fund administration to clients. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Business Development Director that cover private credit and loan funds, and the role is based in either based in Hong Kong or Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute business development strategies and identify new business leads for private credit, loan, debt fund clients
- Market and promote fund administration/fund accounting services etc to potential clients in private credit, loan, debt funds
- Build new business relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain good partnerships with existing clients and ensure good quality of service to them
- Identify business opportunity for the firm, enhance the overall brand awareness
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, collaborate with other departments to provide effective service and solutions to clients
- Attend industry events to establish market networks
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments
- Other ad-hoc duties in sales and business development
Key Requirements
- At least 6+ years of sales, business development experience with strong network private credit, loan, debt fund clients
- Strong understanding in private credit, loan, debt fund operations
- Strong track record in business development
- Strong industry market knowledge and network in asset management industry
- Motivated, commercial mindset, strategic
- Good communication and presentation skills
