Business Development Manager, Corporate & Advisory Services (Dubai)

We’re partnering with a global professional services firm that supports international businesses in establishing and expanding their operations in the UAE and across emerging markets. The firm is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join its Dubai team and help drive growth across new industries and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion & Client Growth – Manage and convert inbound leads into qualified business opportunities and long-term client relationships.
  • Market Development – Identify and pursue new opportunities across sectors aligned with the firm’s strategic priorities.
  • Advisory Support – Guide new clients on company setup, immigration, tax, and compliance requirements within the UAE.
  • Client Onboarding – Facilitate smooth onboarding processes by coordinating with internal teams, including legal, operations, and finance.
  • Relationship Management – Build strong, lasting relationships with business partners, government entities, and corporate stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • At least 2–5 years of experience in business development or client advisory within corporate services, fiduciary, legal, or government sectors.
  • Strong understanding of UAE business regulations, foreign investment laws, and corporate structuring.
  • Additional language skills (especially German) and international exposure (US or Europe) are advantageous.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and analytical mindset.
