A growing corporate and fiduciary services platform is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth in Hong Kong and across Asia.
This role combines origination, client relationship management, and team leadership, with a strong focus on building pipelines, converting opportunities, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy to drive business growth in Hong Kong
- Identify, originate, and convert new client opportunities across corporate and trust services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Grow and lead a team of business development professionals
- Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and internal teams on client delivery
- Prepare client proposals, pitches, and marketing materials
- Drive revenue growth through both new business and expansion of existing accounts
- Maintain strong market awareness and competitor insights
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales / business development within corporate or fiduciary services
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Strong network within Hong Kong and regional markets preferred
- Knowledge of company and trust formation services
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, commercially minded, and target-oriented
