Business Development Manager, Corporate & Fiduciary Services (Singapore)

A global corporate services platform is seeking a Sales Manager to drive regional business development and strategic client acquisition from its Singapore office.

This role focuses on expanding the firm’s presence across Southeast Asia and broader APAC, building a strong pipeline of new business while deepening relationships with intermediaries and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy across Singapore and Asia
  • Identify and originate new client opportunities within corporate and fiduciary services
  • Build and manage relationships with intermediaries, partners, and clients across the region
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal execution and handover
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders on market expansion and growth initiatives
  • Work closely with marketing and internal teams to position solutions effectively
  • Prepare and deliver client proposals, pitches, and presentations
  • Grow revenue through new business and expansion of existing relationships
  • Contribute to team development and support junior business development colleagues

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development / sales within corporate or fiduciary services
  • Strong exposure to regional (SEA / APAC) client base or intermediaries
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
  • Knowledge of company formation, structuring, or trust services
  • Self-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable operating independently
